FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your question? Talk to a solutions lead.

Are your engineers employees or contractors?

Both, depending on the country: our own engineers in core cities and vetted contractors managed under the same procedures, tools and insurance.

Can we use our own ticketing system?

Yes. Tickets can come from your ITSM by API or e-mail.

What happens if a part is needed?

We keep local spares for common parts and manage warranty claims with the manufacturer.
