Who we are
This site is operated by INconnet Global LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“INconnet”), part of the INconnet group, which also includes INconnet Serviços e Soluções em TI e Telecomunicações Ltda in Brazil. INconnet is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
- Data you give us in forms: name, company, role, work email, phone, country and anything you write in your message.
- Visit source: landing page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM and Google Ads click ID), sent together with the form.
- Browsing data, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, device and interactions, through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Conversations you start by WhatsApp or phone.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, scope services and send proposals (steps prior to a contract).
- To record the relationship in our customer relationship system (legitimate interest).
- To measure the site and our ads, only with your consent.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions.
Who we share it with
- Providers that host the site and our customer relationship system, under contract and confidentiality.
- Google (Analytics and Ads), only with your consent.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to talk to us there.
- Other INconnet group companies, when your request concerns their country.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Data may be processed in the United States, Brazil and other countries where our providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law (including the GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD where they apply).
How long we keep it
Contact and proposal data: while there is a business relationship and up to 5 years after the last contact. Browsing data: for the period set in the measurement tools, up to 14 months. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
